马氏体冷轧-回火制备超细晶钢及其热稳定性

在低碳钢和低碳加铌、钒、钛微合金钢中,通过马氏体冷轧--回火的方法获得了尺寸为数百纳米的超细晶粒铁素体组织,研究了超细晶粒组的形成机制和热稳定性. 通过马氏体相变在这些钢中引入了大量高密度位错,马氏体冷轧后位错进一步增殖, 形成大量位错胞状结构;在500-600℃进行的60 min回火将上述胞状结构转变成具有清晰大角晶界的超细晶粒.在回火过程中形成的微合金元素碳化物对位错运动和晶界移动具有有效的“钉扎”作用,有助于获得超细晶组织并明显提高其热稳定性.

用会聚束电子衍射中菊池线测定微合金钢中亚晶取向差

本文发展了用会聚束电子衍射(CBED)中菊池线测定立方系中晶体取向差的方法,利用该方法测定了Nb-V-Ti 微合金钢中小于0.1nm 直径的亚晶取向差。结果表明,该钢中亚晶取向差小于5°,其精度估计为0.1°。

GRAIN REFINEMENT OF MICROALLYED STEEL THROUGH HEAVY HOT DEFORMATION AND CONTROLLED COOLING

Heavy deformation and controlled cooling is one of the most effective effective ways for grain refinement in HSIA steels. In this paper, experimental specimens are prepared with a commercial linepipe steel grade X65, and the chemical compositions are (wt% ): Fe-0.094C-1.42Mn-0. 29Si-0. 045Nb-0. 008Ti. After heavy deformation with 80% reduction in non-recrystallization range of austenite, and at controlled cooling rates from 2K/s to 64K/s, the grain sizes vary from 9.55μm to 1.06μm.It is shown by the results that a linear relationship still remains between the yield strength and reciprocal of square root of ferrite grain size as grain size is refined to 1m.The ultra-fine grains might be dynam- ically formed through the deformation-induced transformation when reduction is large enough.The grain sizes decrease when the cooling rates increase.When the cooling rates increase over 10K/s, the grain sizes are rarely changed. The particles distribute on grain boundaries, sub-grain boundaries, deformed bands and within the ferrite grains.

GRAIN COARSENING BEHAVIOR OF V-Ti-N MICROALLOYED STEELS

The effects of chemical composition and cooling rate after solidication on the grain coarsening temperature,T_(GC),of the V-Ti-N microalloyed steels have been investigated.It is shown that the T_(GC) may be obviously raised by adding even a little Ti to the base steel so as to pre- cipitate a great deal of fine Ti-bearing particles of about 10 nm.The T_(GC) does not increase with the cooling rate,as it is over a certain critical value.The T_(GC) is insensitive to any varia- tion of N content at simulated cooling condition of 150 mm continuous cast slab.The T_(GC) may be dropped down about 100℃ by adding 0.33 wt-%Mo to the steels.The sensitivi- ty of T_(GC) to cooling condition relates to the Ti and V contents.

MISCIBLE PRECIPITATES IN V-Ti-N MICROALLOYED STEELS

The characteristics and the formation of the miscible particles in V-Ti-N microalloyed steels were studied.It was found that the vanadium to form V-Ti miscible particles starts to precipi- tate after pouring and cooling to temperature below 11 50℃ by means of the epitaxial precipi- tation on the pre-existing titanium nitrides.The vanadium content in the particles is markedly influenced by the cooling rate after solidification.

The lattice constants and chemical composition of Ti,Nb and V precipitates with different particle sizes have been measured hy means of CBED and EDAX.It was obtained that the concentration ratio Of Nb and V,C_(Nb)/C_V,and the lattice constants in the Nb-V steel de- crease with the decrease of the particle size of the precipitates,but there is no regularity for tattice constant of Ti,N b and V precipitate against their particle size in the Ti-V-Nb steel.

Effects of Zr Contents on Microstructures and Mechanical Properties of Microalloyed Steels

The effects of Zr on the microstructures and mechanical properties of microalloyed steels have been investigated by mechanical tests and microstructural observations. The microstructures in the Zr-doped steels are ferrite plus pearlite, which is similar to those in the Zr-free steel. With the increase in the Zr content, the lamellar structure reduces and even disappears. Sulfides and silicates that exist in the Zr-free steel are modified into fine oxides in the Zr-bearing steel. When the Zr contents range from 0.01wt% to 0.03wt%, the low temperature toughness of the steel can be substantially improved while its room-temperature strength and ductility have no apparent change. The refinement of ferrite grain size by the addition of zirconium is one of the main reasons for this toughness improvement. KEY WORDS zirconium; microalloyed steel; microstructure; mechanical property 20060010 A novel semi-solid slurry-making process was developed, which was a controlled nucleation and growth technique using a specially designed rotational barrel. Experimental study was undertaken to investigate the effects of pouring temperature and rotation speed of barrel on the microstructure of A356 alloy. Localized rapid cooling, combined with vigorous mixing during the initial stage of solidification enhanced wall nucleation and nuclei survival. High nuclei density combined with a much gradual cooling afterwards led to the formation of the near-ideal semi-solid slurry under a large processing window for the pouring temperature. Primary phase presented in mean equivalent diameter of 50-70μm and shape factor of 0.812-0.847, and featured zero-entrapped eutectic. KEY WORDS semi-solid processing; nucleation; grains growth; interface stability 20060011 Macro-texture of an Mg-Al-Ca alloy prepared by friction stir welding (FSW) was investigated through pole figure measurement and X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern analysis. It was found that at the top and bottom surfaces of friction stir zone (FSZ), (0002) basal planes of magnesium tend to be arranged parallel to the plate surface. In the cross section of FSZ, no obvious texture had evolved and (0002) basal planes showed a random distribution.

BEHAVIOR OF FINE V-Ti COMPLEX CARBONITRIDE IN STEEL 09MnVTiN DURING REHEATING

An investigation was carried out of the morphology and microstructure of V-Ti complex carbonitride in steel 09MnVTiN during reheating under analytical electron microscope.The prior V-rich ellipsoid V-Ti complex carbonitride particles are replaced progressively by Ti-rich cubic ones as the reheating temperature elevated from 1050 to 1400℃.The Ti con- tents in the core and border of particles increase from 15 and 6% in hot-rolled specimens into 84 and94% at 1400℃ respectively.

纳米级析出相对微合金钢组织超细化的影响

为探明纳米级析出相对微合金钢组织超细化的影响,通过对含钒钢进行形变强化相变热模拟试验,分析V(C,N)纳米相在试验钢中的析出特点,并研究了V(C,N)纳米相对增加晶内铁索体的作用.结果表明:在奥氏体晶界、亚晶界、位错等析出的纳米相都能增加晶内铁素体,在奥氏体中析出的纳米相因其异质形核作用亦能增加晶内铁素体,且纳米析出相的粒径与超细晶铁索体体积比及晶粒尺寸有着显著的线性关系.
